Pastel Asymmetry
Pastel Asymmetry
A beautiful, unusual and warm asymetrical triangular shawl designed by Hélène Marcy knitted with our Merinos d’Arles wool in four colours.
This intriguing knit is made in three steps, first the triangular centre is knitted, sideways using the baktus principle. An i-cord at the top edge hides the colour changes and gives comfort and finally a pretty lace border is knitted at the end perpendicular to the edges of the central triangle!
This shawl is knitted with 3.5mm/US4 and 4mm/US6 needles
Intermediate level: Garter stitch, garter lace trim, i-cord
Size after blocking: 190 cm x 43 cm
